MATSim User Meeting 2025
June 12-13, 2025 Munich, Germany
The MATSim Association plans to hold a MATSim User Meeting 2025 after the hEART conference at the Technical University of Munich, Germany. The user meeting will run over two days, June 12-13, 2025.
We will also hold the MATSim Association Annual General Meeting in conjunction with the user meeting at 12pm CET on the 13th of June 2025.
Submissions
Please submit your 2-3 page extended abstract on the MUM25 EasyChair page.
The deadline for submissions is April 15, 2025.
Authors should register at least 4 weeks before so we can advertise the program in advance.
We require at least one author of the abstract to register for the conference to present the work.

To register for MUM 2025, click here. If you are a MATSim Association member, you can register for free. If you are not a member, you can join the association here. To renew an existing membership, please accept our thanks for your continued support and click here.
FOR MEMBERS: Please make sure to follow instructions carefully on the registration page and use the ‘INVOICE’ option when checking out, as this is a workaround on our payment system which doesn’t like zero-priced items. We don’t have a mechanism for refunding payments, so please make sure to use the ‘INVOICE’ option if you are a member, which will let you complete the process without payment.
Please visit the hEART 2025 conference website if you intend to participate in both events. You will need to register separately for hEART and MUM 2025.
